Zach Shallcross Has gotten Married!

On the season finale of The Bachelor, Zach Shallcross, a 26-year-old tech executive, proposed to Kaity Biggar, a 27-year-old ER nurse, and the two are now engaged.

Despite a bit of drama during Fantasy Suite week, where Zach upset both Gabi and Kaity by revealing intimate details of his overnight dates, Kaity’s feelings for him continued to grow.

During their last date of the season, Kaity professed her love for Zach, telling him that she hoped to make him happy for the rest of his life. On the morning of the final rose ceremony, Kaity said that all her walls were gone.

After Zach sent home his runner-up, Gabi, Kaity arrived and delivered a heartfelt speech to Zach, telling him that he had made her walls come tumbling down and that she was in love with him.

Zach reciprocated her feelings, telling her that he was so in love with her and that she was his world. He proposed to her, and Kaity accepted his proposal.

During the live portion of the episode, the couple expressed their happiness and recounted their love story. They plan to move in together in Austin, Texas, this summer, where they both lived before the show. While wedding planning is currently on hold, they have discussed a possible date in 2025.
